Pay with Crypto: My cryptocurrency payment was approved, but I did not receive the goods I purchased.

If you have successfully paid with cryptocurrency for the goods or services you purchased, we will notify you by email. 
The dispatch and delivery are now the merchant's responsibility.

If you have not received the goods you purchased within the set amount of time provided by the merchant, you need to contact them directly. As Nuvei is just the payment processor, once your transaction is finished, our part in the process is over.
