Our BIC code is changing

Please be informed that we are changing our BIC (Bank Identification Code) on 09/11/2021 to USPELT2V.

Incoming SEPA or SEPA Instant payments made to your Simplex Banking account from 09/11/2021 will need to use the new BIC code. If your bank has not yet updated the BIC code and you were expecting a payment that has not arrived, do not be concerned: the funds will automatically bounce back to your account within a few days.

Please note that some banks take up to a month to update a new BIC code. If you make a transfer to your Simplex Banking account anytime between 09/11/2021 and mid-December, and it has not been processed, please check the BIC code on your account and inform your bank if the old one is listed. They will ensure the funds are returned to your bank account.
