My transaction was approved, but I got a cancellation email

Our system automatically informs users of each payment with a unique ID number. We kindly suggest checking the payment IDs written in the approval/cancellation emails here.

The cancellation email you received is likely from a different attempt that was unsuccessful in our system and was cancelled. Please note that we only charge you for completed payments.
