My order was declined by my bank, what should I do?

If the payment attempt was rejected by your bank or card issuer, you must contact them directly. 

We would also recommend clarifying with your bank if your card is: 

  • Eligible for international purchases
  • Has not reached its payment limit
  • Is enrolled in the 3DSecure program
  • The card issuer allows cryptocurrency purchases

You can also use a different card provided by another card issuer and see how it goes.
Just to let you know, at the moment, we only accept cards issued by Visa or MasterCard.
