How to check my payment status?

It is possible to check the status of your transaction using our system's online payment status checker option.

Our system can display information about transactions made within the last 30 days.
You will need the exact payment ID to check the payment status.

The payment ID is a unique set of numbers and letters, which can be used to identify the transaction within our system.
It is provided in the automated emails our system sends you during the payment process.
Sometimes, it can also be displayed on the screen when you go step by step with your transaction.

To check your transaction's status, please visit our webpage at www.simplex.com and press the “HELP” button in the top right corner of the screen.
When the section expands, press the “Payment Status” option to take you to a separate page
While on this page, please paste/enter the long payment ID and press “GO”.

If nothing can be found or displayed with the payment ID, you may contact our support team via the live chat or email system, and we will be happy to assist you further.
