How to know if I am in contact with a real Simplex Representative?

Our contact points are exclusively through the chat box at simplex.com or via email at [email protected]. 
 
Simplex does not provide support over the phone, through Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform. We will never call anyone to offer products, services or investments. 
Here are some indicators that you might be in contact with someone  impersonating Simplex: 

1. Unsolicited contact
2. Pressure tactics
3. Asking for sensitive information
4. Grammar and language issues
5. Unclear or vague responses
6. Offers too good to be true (or any offers)
7. Requests for remote access to your device
8. Asking to issue purchases 

If you receive an email from someone claiming to be from Simplex using an email address other than [email protected], it is most likely fraudulent.  
If you encounter such contact, inform us immediately through the trusted channels mentioned above to help prevent fraud or scams.
