How can I withdraw the funds from my account via SEPA/ SEPA Instant or SWIFT?

In order to withdraw the funds via SEPA/SEPA Instant or SWIFT please log in to your internet banking here: https://accounts.nuvei.com/login.
Important: Both your bank and the recipient's bank must be members of the SEPA Instant scheme for the transfer to be instantaneous.

Once you are successfully logged in, please choose Send Funds button: 

You will be redirected to the page where you can choose which payment SEPA or SWIFT you want to proceed with.

In case it is SEPA transfer stay on Local EEA (SEPA) tab:  

  1. Please enter the required beneficiary details.
  2. Press the Continue button.

Important: For SEPA and SEPA Instant payments the beneficiary’s name will be verified against the account records (Verification of Payee).

  • If details do not match, you may need to confirm or adjust before proceeding:

 

  • If details match, you will see the following Verified sign:

As the next step please choose the amount and enter payment details accordingly, and press Continue: 

As the last step you will have two options to approve your transaction:

  1. Confirm it immediately with the code received via SMS to your phone number.
  2. Save for Approval by a second reviewer. Steps on how to approve pending payment can be found here: 

Once transaction is confirmed – you will be presented with confirmation message:

 

In case it is SWIFT transfer – choose International (SWIFT) tab:

  1. Please enter the required beneficiary details. Note: in case you enter full IBAN – bank details are filled in automatically. In case you enter account number – bank details need to be filled in manually.
  2. Press the Continue button. 

As the next step please choose the amount, currency and enter payment details accordingly, and press Continue:

As the last step you will have two options to approve your transaction:

  1. Confirm it immediately with the code received via SMS to your phone number.
  2. Save for Approval by a second reviewer. Steps on how to approve pending payment can be found here: 

Once transaction is confirmed – you will be presented with confirmation message:
