Job description
  • Leading all bookkeeping aspects of the company, including invoices recording, monthly reconciliations conducting, expenses reports handling, ongoing reporting to the tax authorities, monthly closing etc.
  • Monthly payroll controls, Attendance handling, employee on-boarding and termination, working with insurance agencies etc.
  • 5+ years of bookkeeping
  • Qualified as bookkeeper Type 03 or above
  • Deep knowledge and proven experience of Priority system 
  • Full proficiency in excel
  • Previous Hi-Tech experience - an advantage
  • Payroll accounting experience - an advantage
  • The ability to work in a dynamic and diverse working environment
  • Independent, service-oriented and good interpersonal relation
  • Availability for a full-time position
