Simplex, a Nuvei company, is a B2B2C fintech company leading the mainstream adoption of crypto by offering a variety of fiat/crypto on and off-ramp solutions. Our network of over 250 customers spans the entire crypto ecosystem including all the leading exchanges, wallets, and information sites. 

The  Integration Engineer  is responsible for managing and carrying out the technical onboarding phase of our customer lifecycle.  This is a critical stage in our relationship with our customers and needs to be handled with great responsibility, speed and professionalism.  It is a great opportunity for a person with a technical background, who would like to work more closely with customers in a fast-paced and challenging environment.


  • Responsible for explaining technical integration details with customers. 
  • Support customers throughout the technical integration process including identifying bugs, recommending fixes and suggesting improvements to their implementation. 
  • You will be responsible for continued building and maintenance of all integration tools including: Integration portal, sandbox implementation environment, demos, technical documentation.
  • Tracking and monitoring progress of integrations in Salesforce. 
  • Responsible for continual enhancement of the technical integration processes with the goal of faster and more hassle free implementations.
  • Build new tools, by taking part in development. 
  • You will work closely with Product and R&D to resolve technical integration issues.


  • 2+ years of experience implementing/integrating/supporting international customers with web based software solutions or graduate in computer science or similar(GPA of 85 and above).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Previous coding experience, server and client side, (node.js, python etc)Previous experience working with REST APIs
  • Advanced knowledge of web technologies such as HTML/CSS/Javascript/SQL
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • English- full proficiency
  • Monday - Friday (occasionally)

Experience with fintech, specifically online payment methods and crypto- an advantage
