You will...

  • Manage the technical support and technical onboarding team
  • Be responsible for defining implementing and managing process relating to technical escalations both from customers and internal teams 
  • Own the internal interface between the technical needs of the business and the R&D team
  • Lead the implementation part in the onboarding stage of the customer journey 
  • Be responsible for monitoring and handling technical malfunctions, attempting to resolve and escalating to R&D when not possible
  • Lead the rollout of new features and maintenance of existing features 
  • Keep a high level of satisfaction of our customers regarding their technical support interface with Simplex  
  • Provide technical input and solutions for internal operational business needs 

You have.. 

  • Team lead experience of a minimum 1 year
  • Experience in technical support in a startup b2b organization - MUST
  • Familiarity with the crypto environment - big plus
  • Web development (node js, javascript, Vue js / React / Angular)
  • Python experience - a plus
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Good troubleshooting capabilities
  • Linux - advantage
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and manage your time effectively
  • Can-do approach and Customer Service mind-set
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew
