What you'll do

  • Manage the growth and relationship with Simplex's Tier 1 + 2 partners
  • Resolve issues, proactively engage and grow the relationship & level of business by conveying Simplex's value and ensuring that it is well understood.
  • Understand and influence the people and business goals of the partner and be their 'voice' within Simplex
  • Analyze the partner’s performance with Simplex, identify and suggest areas of improvement

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role within a startup/software company: customer success, professional services, or account management role.
  • Knowledge and experience working in the financial services industry preferred!
  • Proven track record in delivering great value to your partners 
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player, self-learning ability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Native tongue English - written and spoken
