Simplex is a fast-growing start-up specializing in payment processing of high-risk transactions, eliminating the risk of fraud for merchants by taking on the liability for credit card chargebacks.

As a member of the Simplex technical support team, you will be responsible for helping customers and partners diagnose and resolve technical issues.

 

Responsibilities:

– Work with our customers to troubleshoot and resolve payments issues

– Manage bug workflows and work in close contact with related R&D teams

– Provide assistance with product issues

 

Requirements

– Spoken and written English must be mother-tongue level

– Knowledge with SQL – MUST

– Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities

– Experience in working with databases – an advantage

– Experience in Technical Support in Hi-Tech company – an advantage

– Flexible hours – weekends and evening shifts
