Account Executive - Sales Team


Sales team is the initial touchpoint with potential external partners and is critical to the organization as they grow and develop Simplex business. The Team is responsible for communication with partners, bringing in and closing deals and their success has a direct impact on revenue generation, and how company successfully engages and interacts with customers.

As an Account Executive at Simplex, you will be pushing the entire blockchain industry forward by helping developers and companies accelerate the mass adoption of the industry. You will be responsible for owning the early stages of the sales process, which includes prospecting and engaging with top players in the space.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Work with the inbound pipeline of newly generated leads, qualifying & bringing potential partners onboard;
  • Articulate the value proposition of Simplex product/solution to prospective partners and manage multiple relationships at once;
  • Run online product/solution presentation, negotiations & close deals with partners;
  • Conduct market, competitor, trends & potential prospects analysis &/or research;
  • Support senior team members with outbound sales activities, like identifying new sales opportunities, evaluating clients’ needs, networking, etc.;
  • Engage with Sales, Product, KYB & Customer Success teams to help drive product strategy;
  • Meet your daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer support, customer success or similar role;
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, & research skills;
  • Passion & curiosity for crypto, blockchain, fintech industries;
  • Ability to work independently, as well as being a part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
  • “Can do” attitude, ability to prioritize, & speak to senior management & prospective clients who are looking at our enterprise suite of solutions;
  • A fast learner. You’d like to be a pro in bleeding edge tech like DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and Web 3.0;
  • Proficient English (both written & verbal).

Monthly salary (gross before taxes) 1800 - 2200 Eur + quarterly bonus. Specific salary is offered based on competence, work experience, and compliance with other job requirements.
